Do you have any idea when phase 2 closer to the new gate on Old Harbour Road will be completed.
It's been three years now myself and other purchasers have been waiting on our houses we made our deposits from 2021 January it's now 2024 january.
4 Years coming up and nothing yet.
We are very frustrated.
Please do your best for us to find out when those houses will be ready.
We will be greatful for your answer with thanks
They did not give a time as to when it will be finish, but I am gathering some information to share with all of my viewers and subscribers as soon as possible

I actually visited the Orchards today to get a look. but I realized the perimeter wall is not finished. it made me sad because its almost like buying into a promise. i hope they get it done.
They actually resume construction about three months ago, and they’re almost finish with it. Hopefully they complete it this year.

Look like signs of desperation. Because this scheme should have completed long time ago.
Long long Time. From Matalon Days when Portmore and Logville just start build studio. they use to just give a smooth concrete floor and you could move in. I bought my home 5 yrs ago iand i had the option of choosing a partially completed unit for like 2mill less . The unit i got was livable to a standard like if u HAD to move in you could live there it had a toilet in the bathroom n wash tub in the wash area ( I just tiled it and installed kitchen Cupboards and Bathroom vanity and it was good to go it cost me less than 1 mill). It makes home ownership a little easier because its more affordable.

@rickydonkswalker5675 that's true still. The housing market is rough to own sumn right now even studio I see renting for 50k per month so if pple have a little savings or can access loans better them pay a little more on that for mortgage and own sumn n tek time add to make them comfortable.
