Somethings not quite right again. Kossar stats are all superior except for 2 MD, and they get a head start by pistols. The only thing that possibly make Jade warrior wins is the number, but then again they have lower HP/ model. Does this means if entity does not have splash, then number is superior in melee than HP/ model?
Also don't forget another major factor. AP damage. Kossars have no dedicated ap what so ever where as the halberds have a ton of ap. I was pretty sure the halberds would win but it depended if the kossars had ap pistols or not. I was surprised they didn't and that's when I knew they'd lose. Armour isn't always taken into account much, most people look at MA and MD and that's about it. But if you can't really hurt your opponent then it matters less. Cathyian forces have alot of armour and can often hold way longer than they have any right to. But the ap the halberds have gave them that edge to keep up in damage even with worse stats.

Yes because more cathay models are able to attack at the same time than Kislev, resulting in more damage even though worse stats.
