I have just ordered a Roland TR-505. I also have a couple of more modern drum machines like the Roland R-8 and Alesis SR-16 but they are not lofi like the TR-505 although it does sound a bit more pristine compared to the TR-707.
@@TheBroDotTV I also plan to get a TR-626 in the future and maybe I might buy one that's been modded as there are a few with EPRom expansion kits with other drum machines incluing Linn drum, DMX, 808 and 909 samples.
For me, where Acid is concerned, the more minimal, the better but it's good we have differing perceptions. How dull(er) the world would be without them! :-) 1 drum machine + 1 303 (or clone) = Acid.

It's a nice Drum Machine. I really like it. Good range of sounds. Get two if you can that way you can process sounds differently!
