I'm not saying your reasons aren't completely valid, but, this type of awful unstable connection happens to me even though I'm MUCH closer, living in south America and all. Some people's internet is so bad I have a much better time and much more stable connection with people on different countries with decent wired interned than people right over here

pretty sure this happens due to the frame delay being too low for one of the players.
Top right of the screen shows dude was playing on 1 frame delay which is basically impossible to not get rollbacks in

​@@modestlatios5553 full bars and low jitter may still have frames crap themselves cuz of low d, the frame delay is directly tied to rollback occurrence. It obviously becomes more likely if they have high ping on top.
