that's great news man! several years ago I started working out 30-45minutes 7 days per week, at my old age I knew it was time to start taking a little better care of myself. I haven't cut back much smoking but I do pay attention not to inhale so much or so deep anymore lol great looking toys you received! looking forward!
Back in 2000 when I was working at the steel shop. I had a thin shape and was ready for anything. Now, to try to get back into shape is going to be a hard road. I'm trying to figure out if I should join a gym, but are they equipped for people who have had back surgery? I don't want to pop something in my back again. That wasn't fun. Thanks man.

Hey good to see you back and doing well. Regarding the haters don't waste your energy on them bud. Smoking is a tough one to kick but it's possible and hey so far you've cut back so that's progress. Catch you in the next video 😊
I think I know who it is. Looks like it is one person with a few accounts. Its really not a big deal to me. I like how they care enough to comment lol. I have been wanting to kick the smoking thing for a long time. I have quit, but it didn't last long. 3 months was my longest. I did the vaping for a while, but that is like giving up one bad habit for another.
