Hi teacher Tom,
I like the way you have made me understand presente perfect. Thank you so much for this lesson I often used to get confused while speaking about this how I should express by using presente perfect or past indefinite. But now it is clear there is no doubt in my mind. Even if you take some time but eventually your teaching mathod works nicely.

Eaten plus have already answered the question.
I have eaten my dinner. ( eat the dinner your food still in the belly)
I ate my dinner last night ( the impact gone)

You are correct. The only thing I would change is to spell out the word 'three' instead of using numerals. Anything one through ten you spell out. After ten, you can write out the number like 11 or 36 or something.
