Bob also remember is car battery has 6 cells. Each puts out 2.2 volts.
That is a total voltage output of 12.6 volts when the cells are in a good state
Along with the SoC is the voltage value above it, you also want to look at as this guides the vehicle owner how good the cells are outputting as to their health, along with the SoC value
This remote battery monitor works on 433 Mhz and the distance between where the monitor is placed, and its controller on battery depends on type of walls, etc, between the two.
Just keep an eye on the radio ICON on top right to know if the distance is too far where remote is placed that ICON will turn off to let you know the distance is too far and move it closer

Thanks!!! Working on a C8 rear-view mirror tap to power a radar detector. Had one connector that did not work. Just got another and I think this one will work. I will explain what's junk and what is not.
Also will be testing out a FREE app that wirelessly connects to your radar detector. Looks like a winner from here!!!! BUT ya never know till ya do it!!!!

Can 2 battery monitors be used for 2 cars, or do signals get mixed up?

Good question.
The monitor works on 433MHz so I would think there would be a conflict. There is an On/Off key on the receiver so I would guess you could shut one off and then turn the other monitor on.
