AG! work with musicians and producers on the music and are often credited with the lyrics.
"Change" is another expression of their catch phrase:
"Kosei ya Jiyuu de Hamidashiteiku"
"With individuality and freedom, I'm gonna stick out".
"Change" is the theme tune to a TV show called "What if Tokugawa Ieyasu Became Prime Minister?" which is a fantasy about historical figures returning to run the country, so the lyrics about politicians and scandals apply to that. They also comment about what it's like to be a performer and there's a fun bit in front of the mirror where Kanon is seen in reflection pulling faces. I think that, along with the three mirrors, is about us all having different sides or faces to our personalities.

Worst AG song? I would say "Candy". A song about eating candy, digesting it, and pooping it out. It was one of the first times AG had total control over the lyrics and music with Money Mark producing and boy did they experiment. Silly song, odd sounds taking away from the main beat, not bad, but not a comfortable listen. The choreography is still amazing though.
