Sir a person who is getting salary more then 10k as monthly salary is covered in payment of wages act or not . Coz many peoples are working in privet company like showrooms but facing un even time salary with heavy deduction

can any employer reduced salary on the ground of support and solidarity to the management by employee (it is done by threatening of stoppage salary if you will not write that I am deduction of 30 % of salaries as a support and solidarity to the management)
