Cos ur using it wrong 😂😂 I got mine yesterday and its amazing. Took me a few tries to get it right. It's snapping cos u, 1. Left it to dry way too long and 2. The temperature of the wax wasn't right.

at first it was hurtful, and after i wax another area, i kinda expect the pain so i am a lot more prepared then before, the pain lessen

Honey consistency, don't listen to temps as they're never right. My machine was at like 200 F and wax was perfect consistency
