My Beautiful Husband and I love doing Cafe hopping for delicious coffee experiences. I like to make bread to go with our coffee. This is a good bread to take. I bet it tastes great with a delicious creamy latte! Can't wait to try this recipe.🎉❤ I don't cook the tangzhong. I use the scald method. Make it the day before and put in fridge overnight and add to recipe following day. Up the flavor in the bread. I learned this method from another channel.
I have all the tools and ingredients to make this. I can't wait to try it. The milk bread is my favorite bread recipe, so the addition of the chocolate should be wonderful.

Not quite, though still tiny. These are microscopic bits of varying shapes and sizes that are the main structure of starch. For the tangzhong, the starch granules that make up the starch are able to absorb the water as they are heated. Please let us know if this helps! -🥐Lily
Is this recipe possible without the egg? My mom has an egg allergy, which can make baking difficult. Is there any way I can make a similar loaf without the egg?
Hi Sebastian! You could try using pumpkin or another kind of squash purée here (something like sweet potato purée would also work well)! You'd want to use 1/4 cup of purée per egg. We hope this can help and happy baking! -👩🍳Morgan
Great video. However, when the subtitles are longer, they actually block the visual of whatever the baker is doing. Perhaps offset the baker to the side so the subtitles don't block the visual?
