Ingredients-
Boneless chicken-250g
Pepper powder-1/4tbs
Red chilli powder-1/2tbs
Ginger, garlic paste-2tbs
Salt as required
Egg-1
Cornflour-2tbs
All purpose flour-4tbs +4tbs=8tbs
Oil for frying
Chopped Garlic-2tbs
Chopped capsicum-1
Chopped Onion-1
Green chilli sauce-1tbs
Soya sauce-1tbs
Schezwan Chutney-3tbs
Tomato chilli ketchup-2-4tbs
Ajino motto-1/2tbs
(Add sauces as required)
Cornflour mixture-2tbs cornflour+water-5tbs
Red food colour-a pinch(optional*)
Garnish with spring onions leaves and sesame seeds.
