​Well yes, it's Sweden, but this is the march of the Björneborg Regiment, which was based in Western Finland, Specifically Pori. The Regiment technically was Finnish, even though Finland was part of Sweden at the time. Fast forward to the present day, It's now called "Porilaisten Marssi", and is still used as the official march of the Finnish Defense Forces, and the Presidential Anthem, Including Estonia's Army too.
TL;DR
Is it Swedish? Yes.
Is the Regiment Finnish? Yes, but it also counts as Swedish as it serves under the Swedish Army. The Björneborgers are originally Finns.
Is Björneborg in Finland? Yes, It's now called Pori.
Is this March Swedish? Yes, it is, but it also belongs to a Finnish Regiment under Sweden.
