As a self-preservation 1, this interview was SO enjoyable to listen to! I found myself resonating with everything Nancy said, and she did such a great job of putting into words the internal experiences of being a self-pres 1.
Love this example of a self-prez 1! I can totally relate. So nice to see kindred spirits who are really wanting to not only identify behaviors but to let them go as well! It's tricky for 1's because the need to self-improve is a constant companion. The path to true serenity is sometimes paved with messiness! I have found that self-compassion is the key. When I let myself off the hook, everybody else gets off the hook too! Thank you Bea and Uranio for this transformational information! 🥰

wow thank you, i was looking for ages in about 2019 for self preservation type 1 videos, but couldnt find any, so I gave up! So thank you so much for this! I wish there were more videos on this and maybe online group meetings so we could more esaily become aware of our paaterns, thank youxx

Are the warmest types eg self preservation type 1 rare? I don't find many warm people , I feel like most are social or sexual?
