remember me..... I feel very inspired by watching Chinese people in the park practicing. Had a video years ago with a lot of people doing different things, one guy stood by a fence and just breathed. When he breathed in he lengthened his abdomen and breathed out shrunk it. The top of his head would be about fence height, so you saw him shrink and rise. Expanding and contracting his dantien. There was a group of people walking together, just swinging hand to dantien, other to mingmen as they walked. Padestrian step exercise. wonderful. Keep the teaching going. I have one private student but otherwise retired. 75 years old and fit and healthy. Nearly broke my back if you remember and had a stroke in the 90's, qigong healed me

When you see things like this you feel that there is still hope for mankind, life is a gift and there is so much beauty around us. If we just open up our minds, souls and eyes we will all see that.

Tai Chi is the oldest of the martial arts and it is clearly the best way to improve your health. In Burlington and Lake Geneva Wisconsin Master Ron Pfeifer has been the best teacher and helped his students and teachers learn to practice and sustain their health during the pandemic and even now that the virus threat has slowed down. I would suggest that anyone who feels the need to lose weight and strengthen their body find Master Pfeifer and join in the path to better health and longevity

Nice Video! Apologies for the intrusion, I would love your thoughts. Have you researched - Xeyack Qenaleb Bulldozer (probably on Google)? It is a smashing one off product for discovering unbelievable techniques to build your Chi energy minus the headache. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my old buddy Taylor got amazing results with it.

There is a red banner at 40seconds (also at the end) that clearly says DiTan (park) Taijiquan Association. Also I have been many years practicing taijiquan in TianTan park and i can tell you it is not made in there because i know most of the groups that practice in there.
DiTan it is the Temple of Earth park at the north of Beijing

Yes sifu Carlos, TianTan is the famed Temple of Heaven, the opposite of DiTan.
I used to ride on a bus passing by DiTan otw to TianAnMen for one week in Beijing. I love visiting SiDan area. I think TongDan park has lots of lgbt cruising... right?

Minute 5:48, Spanking Bear Chi Kung, a rare form of Wei Dan Chi Kung, only a few have survived all the damage inflicted. 😊
