I've eaten at the original Stubb's BBQ on East Broadway Lubbock Texas CB was the real deal. I know he's proud of his kinfolk for keeping his larger than life personality alive & well.
I just got my first bottle of Stubbs Original BBQ sauce and I tell ya, it's some nice tasty sauce and it adds the right amount of zing and flavor to the meat.
Took me about 6 brisket cooks for me to say I did it right. Brisket isn’t easy to cook and nail it right away unless you’re doing just the point. Do it low and slow, and cook it until the flat is soft as butter when you poke it with a thermometer probe or toothpick. Use a temp gauge to get an idea of how far along your cook is, but it’s not done no matter the tempt until that flat is soft as butter. Last thing you need is to let it rest. I just did a brisket this past weekend and it was by far the best brisket I’ve made at home. It cooked for 12 hours and I rested it for another 5.
This is crazy so my dads name is Rico stubblefield my name is Isaiah and my mom recently told me this is my family’s bbq on my dads side so I checked it out this is crazy so my great grandpas brother on my dads is the original owner of stubs bbq
My dad doesn't like fat on his food so he smokes the fuck out of it to where it borders on dry. Last month he "undercooked" some pork ribs and it still had a little fat. It was actually alright for once (despite the smoke not being right) and it made him question a bunch of shit.
I was eating a brisket using stubb's sauce. A piece of brisket fell off the fork and hit the like button.....you can't make this stuff up. I'm serious.
All I see on any shelves is sugar free. YUCK! You use to sell a lower sugar version that wasn't sugar free but low enough. Whoever decided to get rid of that barbecue sauce made a huge mistake. I'm a diabetic I could use it with no effect on my sugar levels. I live in Virginia, please bring it back. It was delicious. The sugar free stuff is way to sweet, thin, and very little flavor.
They discontinued it 😭 it was my go to for ribs, brisket, pork shoulder tenderloins and burgers. I’m having to find a new rub now☹️ traeger has a beef rub but it’s nowhere near as good and is missing the coffee

Stubb's spicy BBQ sauce is 10/10
Keep the tradition going!!
Now this is what Ive been looking for. Always loved some Stubbs.
I'm making a playlist of all the best briskets on UA-cam. You just earned a spot! So many people out here on UA-cam have no idea how to make brisket.
I will fully support this product. Stubb's one great story of struggle to success!
Mine didnt' go so well this weekend. Looks like this short clip had some tips. Attempt 2 coming soon.

This brisket looks great! I discovered Stubb's sugar free BBQ sauce when I was doing keto and now we don't use anything else, great work guys!
im liking the sound of Sugar Free.. I don't prefer sweet meat. atleast not all the time..
Will you break it down from you're POV pleasew Sir
Thank you for the video, it was great. I really liked the trick to mark it for Cutting across the grain.
I usually soak my brisket in Stubb's beef marinade for a couple hours first, I love that stuff! Thanks for the great products!

Grandpa got a deep sexy voice. That brisket looks amazing.
What happened to the beef rub (sea salt and coffee and molasses)? I can’t find it anywhere not even on your site for purchase!
"I'm gonna go get the papers get the papers........."

Like to be new friend

Very nice. I call the "point" the "cap" and I love that fatty meat!

It taste a hundred times better if you don't cut off the fat. To each his own I guess.
Is this company still black owned??? Or is the grandson just a figurehead
TraRob-EastSide McCormicks bought Stubbs for $100m

The piece of brisket looks...stiff. It doesn't pass the ductility test
Looks a little dry, yep. Those juices should be flowing when cutting.
@@B_L_Smith damn bro it ain't that deep. It's a very shallow observation and you took it up the arse. Chill
Stubbs Moppin' sauce is the best!!!

I'm just depressed that they changed the original bbq sauce. They made it sweet, thick, and added liquid smoke. Mr. Stubbs would be ashamed.
I wonder why
@@joeysanchez5926 didn’t they got bought out awhile back?
@@kenyoung4881 I hadn't heard that ... hmm
