i replace my whole valve body, wire harness solenoids shift solonoid. belts pullys. fuel system. basically a whole tune up. so i need to replace my ecu?

Check engine codes came after alternator failed.
P0135 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 1
P0141 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2
P0748 Pressure Control Solenoid A Electrical.
Transmission fluid was smelly, medium dark. Only gear 1 and R work.
Changed Presure Solenoids AB and C. Changed transmission fluid.
Problem not solved. Please help.
