Back to the Lakers…. I think Jeanie Buss needs to bring in a qualified person, to help her with the VISION for the Lakers and a mgmt team as to how to get there. The comments Darvin Ham Not being the right coach - who hired him? Rob Pelinka! Why anoint Rob as a genius, as Jeanie has. Rob let go of former coach, Frank Vogel, in a very rude & crude manner. Somebody told commentator, Adrian Wojnarowski, “Woj” who publiced or announced EVEN BEFORE VOGEL WAS TOLD! Absolutely 100% no class whatsoever by both Pelinka and Woj. I dint WOJ has ever come clean as to who told him. But, other than Jeanie, Pelinka was in charge of Firings! This was a huge management error and characterizes the missteps at the top!
Many hurdles started after or as Kobe was exiting the League. The Lakers were horrible and seemingly tried to rank by the end of the 2015-2016 season in order to get a high draft pick. tinyurl.com/bdek4txs. Plus they - the Lakers mgmt - gave Kobe extra high salaries seemingly as a “going away” gift for 2 seasons which hampered getting additional players. Subsequently we traded away players and picks to get LeBron, AD, etc., and that left us depleted for years after. One of the first years with LeBron, we traded a bunch of Laker players, to make LeBron happy. So Pelinka was hired in deference to Kobe as Pelinka was Kobe’s agent. So, Pelinka’s been trying, with more failures than successes. Pelinka did have some some successes including getting AD, albeit it cost a lot to get AD, and frankly, AD hasn’t really lived up to the hype - mostly because he’s been injured so much. I give Pelinka a lot of credit for putting together the team we had when we won in the short bubble year. I loved him getting Dwight Howard and Javale McGee to switch off at the Center position for only $5M Per year total. Pelinka’s other things have failed including his “extensive search” for a coach to replace Vogel. The biggest complaint against Vogel was the Russell Westbrook fiasco. LeBron & AD are the ones who met with Westbrook thinking he was going to be a great addition. Pelinka relinquished his GM responsibilities and deferred to LeBron & AD and did the transaction to get Westbrook. IT Turned out TO BE AN ABYSMAL FAILURE! It wasn’t Vogels fault the Lakers did poorly that year - it was RIB PELINKAS. Frank Vogel, coach, was the fall guy. Which leads us to the last 2 years.
The problems for the Lakers start at THE TOP. Without fixing that, the Lakers are doomed. They must have better management. Then they can work on a coach and players, whether rebuild or tweak.
I'll buy a ticket to the game if they're on sale. If not I'll just go for a walk in the park and enjoy my day.

No, the Lakers cannot avoid the sweep, just as the Suns cannot avoid being swept by the Wolves.
Mr. Narrator, forget the Lakers leads. The Nuggets know they are so superior, that they come out sluggish and play down to their competition, and just turn it on when they have to. This series is like a scrimmage for the Nuggets, in preparation for later series' with the best lite and contender teams.

Something to be said about the leagues goat having to be 40 to be vested in the playoffs though, by a bunch of 20 something’s. Lebron knows they just aren’t the better team, his calmness during postgames are so TELLING. Bench Dlo or Rui for Tp so that you have fresh "can be reliable" player as one of 2nd unit. Why noy. Your 0-3 aly. Change is needed when you lose the same way 3 times. Hard headed coach.
Sweep is inevitable. Going fishing. Don’t lose hope Lebron will be back next yr at 40 yrs old.

It's WEAK and DESPICABLE that Jeanie and Rob leaked their "Upset and disappointed at AD's comment" bullsh1t...AD has a right to be pissed that Jeanie and Rob hired an unqualified, inept head coach who is in WAY over his head....How dare them. Why is there no heat on Rob Pelinka??? Ham is awful and his assistant coaches are as inept as Ham/ They seem afraid to be able to go up to Ham, and say "yo Darvin..maybe challenge that foul on Lebon. There is 37 seconds left in game and you have two timeouts and a challenge available.".
Tragic and horrible playoffs this year. No GSW, Lakers likely done, and my Suns too. This will be one of the worst lowest watched playoffs in history.

You can tell Game 3 they didnt have the Dawg in them after that loss in Game 2.
Game 2 was devastating and that L kinda got them down. They gave em all the firepower and their best basketball for 2.5quarters and I thought after that they will go all out at Crypto but they didnt.
