Number two while I understand that you might not have been able to find footage of them running yet it would also be a good idea to include images of the CSX, New York, central heritage unit, and the New Jersey transit. In terms of things you did right I appreciate the pictures of the surviving New York central steam locomotives, although perhaps images of one of the New York central streamline diesel locomotives could’ve perhaps been there as well. All and all I think you did a great job given the fact that unfortunately, very little of the New York Central is around today. I honestly think it’s kind of unfair that the New York Central was such a major railroad back in the day and yet it’s pretty much extremely under represented in preservation. For example, the two surviving New York, central mohawks would be wonderful candidates for being in running service for preservation, but New York central 3001 apparently has been passed over so many times for a possible restoration that the boiler has corroded and would need to be replaced if it were to ever be restored. I don’t know about the condition that New York Central Mohawk 2933 is in, but it would probably be in better condition. I really hope that one of the two mohawks gets to run in the future.
