Rising inflation, sluggish growth, and trade disruptions demand urgent attention from all sectors to restore stability and stimulate growth.

Sorry, but that's what bankruptcy is for. Sorry you lost your money, but never lend money to friends unless you don't want to have friends anymore, I've leant a lot of money I'll never get back. She also said 99 times out of 100 you will never see your money back.
Those companies need proof from the original creditor that you owe them money and they need to mail it to you. Talking over the phone is only allowed if you give them permission. Always ask them through mail or their website to mail you the proof from the original creditor. Without proof their claim is dead in the water. I worked for those companies and the best workers are the ones who make the biggest lies and get away with it.

If you receive a notice from a company claiming you owe a debt, you must respond in 30 days. Respond with a denial!! Typically it is some law firm posing as a collection agency who buy charged off debt for pennies on the dollar and try to collect. So cool to see the Santa Ana zoo again. Went there many times as a child in the 70s. Great to hear the background story too. Won't be there in person again, moved out of my home state, (California), in 2019.
Never communicate with the credit bureaus either by phone, electronically or writting. Only communicate with the credit bureaus through an experience credit disputer or attorney. You can emd up making your chances worse by doing it yourself.
Almost every call I get on my cell is from an unknown number I don't answer. I just have all calls from numbers not in contacts silenced and any voicemails are easily deleted. I'm a 73 year old walker... every day for years, rarely ever miss. Hopefully a few more years in me due to it! lol
I get 15 to 20 spam calls a day 😕
Dan love getting all the news from you. You are a hoot. Thanks for everything you do thanks for all the information sending you blessings, prayers, much love, and a great big hug. Be safe, my friend.❤🙏
Dan makes California look good, like a fairy tale.
Dan, you do know that you can drive from Orange County to Las Vegas, faster than you can fly (once you factor-in all of the airport hassles).
If a car and plane leave Orange County at the same time you think the car is going to get to Vegas faster? The airport hassles don't count because you're not in the air yet. 😂
@@BREEZYM6015 Actually, the airport hassles DO count! While you're dealing with the airport, the car is cruising down the highway. By the time the plane finally backs away from the terminal, the car is already crossing the Nevada State Line. Plus, in the car, no one is going to tell you what you can and can't pack in your luggage. You can travel in relative comfort, rather than being treated like a POW.
Each state has their own limits on debt. They sell to other corps so the time re starts. They cannot harass, threaten. They should be reported ASAP. Make them prove it's a legit debt.
Ì love the monkey story about having 50 at all times!! Good one Dan! THANK YOUR single mom.❤
Monkey ",islands are a hoot"
As watching uou I get a voicemail call saying Looks like you owe back taxes. I hung up. I know I dont owe backtaxes.

I am a Nurse and have been investing for a few years. I have reached a point where I could benefit from financial advice to improve my $200,000 portfolio for retirement, how do I maximize my ROI?
You didn't provide detailed information about your portfolio makeup. However, I recommend seeking guidance from a financial advisor for a well-informed portfolio restructuring.
Opting for an inves-tment advisr is currently the optimal approach for navigating the stock market, particularly for those nearing retirement. I've been consulting with a coach for a while, and my portfolio has surged by 85% since 2023
I need to ensure I have enough money to survive on. How can I consult your advisor? My retirement account isn't performing well.
Melissa Elise Robinson is the licensed advisor I use and im just putting this out here because you asked. You can Just search the name. You’d find necessary details to work with to set up an appointment
I looked up her name online and found her page. I emailed and made an appointment to talk with her. Thanks
I’m mad as hell!!!
I'm not going to take it anymore 😂
All this knowledge, all this technology, but no upfront security and no upfront privacy. Why do we launch this kind of tech without first building in the tech to keep ourselves safe? I guess I am too old to see the advantage of having high tech without high priority on privacy first.
When you are over 90 days past due, your creditors have already warned you, then my repo buddies dont have to notify you. We just sieze your possessions from you with seizure orders in hand, for a very high commission. The repo man does not talk!
Exactly
A fun day at the zoo today..thank you Dan lol
*This administration has no idea how people are suffering, things are getting so much harder we can't take it no more. A lot of people are financially struggling to put food on the table and a roof over their head, I appreciate your advice Donna Grable. Imagine I invested $2,000 and got $10,600.*
Depending on this administration is a total loss. Investment has been the easiest means to save and multiply income, missing out on this opportunity would be a waste.
Ms Donna has really set the standard for others to follow, we love her here in the UK as she has been really helpful and changed lots of lives.
No doubt! The very first time we tried, we invested $2000 and after a week, we received $8,500, that really helped us a lot to payoff our bills.
The profits in her investment plan shows how selfless she is towards the business, And her expertise is wow.
That sounds nice. I’m really thinking of reaching her, and have heard positive rewards about her. HOW TO FIND HER 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Walking schmalking. It doesn’t work! I walk my dog 7 days a week, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day, and the scale doesn’t budge. Prolonged fasting is the only way to lose weight over 50, sad to say.
Cause you still eat crap. Walking that much on a legit diet will work.
I agree 100% the only way to lose weight when your older is starving yourself to near death 😂😂😂
Quit eating sugar and seed oils and maltodeathrin
Wrong. Carnivore diet. Look it up.
Give up flour, sugar, sodas and booze. It works!
Nice view of the zoo, Dan. AUTO PARTS: the last time I bought brakes for a luxury vehicle, the lowest price was at the most expensive dealership. Best of all the quality was far superior, designed to last several times the life of those from the auto parts stores 😊. It pays to shop around.
19:07 Warranties A waste of my cash and my time to enforce.. It's the same with full coverage Insurance.

They can’t put it on your credit when they’re phantom and it’s been years.
I smashed the like button Dan!
They need to go collect the almost 50 million that the IRS employees are behind before they come knocking on anyone's door for an old medical bill or what have you.
Maritime Law - they always want to contract with you, so don't sign anything. If you don't sign anything they cant contract with you ( bring you court).
This has nothing to do with the Marines

It's up to consumer to know whether a debt it owed.
Thanks again Dan for the horrible news with the lovely background 😊
Interesting , Thank you . Another beautiful place
If your debt is older than 6 years old (or less in some states) it is past the statute of limitations. lf you make a $20 payment on your old debt the clock gets reset and you are on the hook like as if you borrowed the money today! They will take even one dollar from you and reset the date!
I loaned a colleague $11000 for payday loans she racked up from gambling! Single -2 kids in private school! Didn’t pay them either! Made a promissory note with NO INTEREST and notarized. She ghosted me after $1590. Then filed Chapter 13. I won’t get SHIT back! That’s pathetic advice if they OWE IT! I got the papers on her debt! Pages and pages! Ruined my spirit FOREVER! People pay your DEBTS!
Sorry, but that's what bankruptcy is for. Sorry you lost your money, but never lend money to friends unless you don't want to have friends anymore, I've leant a lot of money I'll never get back. Best advice I ever got was from a therapist. She told me any money I lend to people I know, consider it a gift. Don't lend them any more then you would gift them. She also said 99 times out of 100 you will never see your money back.
Loved your Spirit/Frontier story! I have lived it.
Spirit cooker airlines
I use a debt relief company to lower the balances and stop interest. I also have a debt lawyer.
Those companies need proof from the original creditor that you owe them money and they need to mail it to you. Talking over the phone is only allowed if you give them permission. Always ask them through mail or their website to mail you the proof from the original creditor. Without proof their claim is dead in the water. I worked for those companies and the best workers are the ones who make the biggest lies and get away with it.
hospuals and medical billing/collection partners are the worst as well as fake tolls (Illinois)
Good one…thanks for the email. Take care
For the algorithm.
I had a collection agency call me saying that I owed 500 and I paid a loan which I never even took out. They said if they did not pay it, they would take me to court. It would cost me thousands of dollars.I told her to go and take me to court then, because I have proof I never got one I blocked the phone number. They haven't sent anything in the mail.Either and they have my address
I found a feature on my iPhone that silences callers that are not on your contact list and sends them direct to VM. I have an AC that is for ND. I don't live there. That is another way to screen calls.
Welcome to America nobody cares especially about the older people
Lol. I've had companies that bought a debt ( Sprint screwed me and I refused to pay ) from 2008. Every once in a while some new slimy company takes up the charge and sticks it on my credit bureau. I report that it was written off decades ago and it disappears.
They came after me and I told them to kick rocks! Lol told them if they even step a foot near me they would be sorry.
Thanks Dan great video.
FinCen report?? My account told me I need to file with the IRS for my business by Dec 31st or the IRS will fine you.
What do you know about this?
They tell me it's all happening at the zoo.
I DO believe it, I do believe it's true!
🥰
if the law is still the same, as a few years ago. texas and tennessee does not allow garnishment of wages for unsecured debts!
$76 million is nothing compared to the IRS
Every year they say it will be the busiest year for travel
I had those calls. I never talked to them.
I always fly Delta and so far I've had no issues.
Flew Delta last time I traveled. I couldn’t pre select a seat or check a carryon bag (pre board) until I got in the line to get on the plane. By then, carry-on luggage was full.
Anyone on that flight, should be allowed ONE carryon - NOT 4 bags………..
I’d say come on over POS I’m ready and waiting for you too!
Let's just be responsible and hard working and pay your bills so honest living people don't
Deregulation during the 1980's removed any protection offered to the consumer. We have been seeing this bogus parts situation for 40+ years. The business of business is profit at the expense of the consumer. Better to do business in another country.
I love flamingos, our last one at the zoo died a couple of years ago in South Australia.😊
The Counterfeit parts is a Huge problem even with Airplanes / Thanks China
Oh Dan, NEVER use Spirit ...they suck 😢
Congratulations Dan, you have 300,000 subscribers, WOW, I've been following almost from your beginning. I'm impressed and not surprised. Must beat working for "the man"
If you receive a notice from a company claiming you owe a debt, you must respond in 30 days. Respond with a denial!! Typically it is some law firm posing as a collection agency who buy charged off debt for pennies on the dollar and try to collect. Unfortunately, if you don't respond they can add a debt collections account on your credit bureau. Total BS but it happens. Also, know your states statute of limitations on debt. My wife and I have been married for 18 years just recently got a call from someone asking to speak with my wife by her former married name. Hilarious! No debt under her former name has any level of validity.
GREENS TIME WAS UP IN HOOLYWEIRD
Spirit Airlines gave up the ghost
Its a good one

I phone block, phone block and phone block Always asking for Linda or someone else on voice mail.
Linda??? Is that you?!?
Yes I always tell them Linda died please don't keep calling her it really upsets her disabled veteran husband. When they start asking me if I can help out with whatever I tell them I am just a care giver taking care of her husband. I only make 10.00 an hour for 28 hours a week.i start giving them a sob story.
@ hey can you spare a brother some $.?
Thanks for the advise, I think I won’t 😂😂😂😂😂
Good content Dan the man
Oh yea! Frontier, Spirit, SW…all of them are terrible airlines! They can screw me over once or twice, but then I cut you off! :(
wanna bet they get a commission on late fees and overweight/oversized baggage fees
Interesting Soviet CPI is about as messed up as ours
If you owe a debt, pay it. I'm tired of covering the slackers... sorry Dan.
Please understand this some people were contacted and shaken down, but they didn’t know anybody any money.
Good advice.
Thanks!
I really enjoy the zoo videos.
Dan should visit the zoo on Figueroa Street
I don't pay much attention to the phone anymore.....people that really know me will send an email and if they don't leave a voice message....😂🤣
Don't borrow money from relatives
Any time i get a call from an unknown number, i check it and if i cant verify it, i block it.
Always ask for a signature card on a disputed debt. The guy will laugh at you or tell you that her doesn’t need to provide that.
Nowadays, if you're on social security, you have to take out part a , c, and d, and it still costs people a fortune . Older people can't retire .
You Said it!!
I never believe them, I always am there at the scheduled time, they have reverted back more than once for me.
