I love that this format feels like a splash of cold water. No overthinking it, no messing about. Just get in and get out. I’m now alternating weeks with express and the 3.0. Thank you Heather. Couldn’t have asked for a better PT.

I like this new 12 week program. I followed all previous 12 weeks and they were wonderful, however I always used to do some extra stretches at the end of the longer workouts. For some reason, these shorter ones include a very decent warm up and cool down parts, so that I find that I no longer need to do anything extra! I think our Heather just keeps improving, if this is at all possible
I love chest and back workouts 💪🏻 and those banded exercises were a killer! 😁 Combined it with your daily 10 day 24 upper body sculpt and was perfect! 💪🏻 (burned a total of 296 cals on my galaxy watch)
I think this program is my jam. I finished the 1st one a few weeks ago, and had done the second one before, but with a new job and needing to work out in the am (too hot for me in the pm in our garage ) I am loving the 30 minutes, the variety with some days just full on strength, which I love, I was just picking around your workouts and selected a few of these and think it’s my next program! ❤❤❤❤

Another great workout! The banded exercises were different than the norm, so that was interesting. I also like the shorter videos because they encourage me to use heavier weights than I might for a longer video 😅
Day 3 - this was awesome really loving these 30 min sessions! My jelly arms don't like you right now, but when I am getting ready for the mistletoe ball in Dec they will 💜 you!
These 30 min workouts are perfectly timed for me. I have started running as a means of ab exercise and had been using your shorter routines to avoid overdoing it. So these are great. Thanks again!
Loved the banded/weight combo . After a bilateral mastectomy, I still struggle with push-ups many years later. These chest strengthening moves are a great alternative🩷
I just finished radiation 2 weeks ago and in case you don't hear it often, I'm so proud of you for sticking with working out 💪🏼, you're a badass! It's really easy to fall into self pity after something like breast cancer, but WE are rocking it. Wish you all the best 🩷
