Wooo I got a 'this guy' shout out for the quick reference sheet! cheers fellas and keep up the good work! Interesting Orc list, going to give something like that a try this week. FYI - all units can enter villages, but only artie and infantry count as defended. the reference sheet only has the basic terrain rules listed, not the advanced terrain rules. ill try to squeeze it in when i update the sheet next time.
Why are your hands dirty Kev? Ever heard of soap? I will have to get hold of and print out the aforementioned reference sheet. Fancy putting it in the Warmaster Journal 2025?
Do you want to share your reference for that please? I am pretty sure that when the optional rule was incorporated into WMR 2.0.1 it didn't distinguish between character types. Cheers Barry
@@warmasterpodcast2383 Sorry for the delay - traveling for work. WMR 2.01_print PDF, Page 61, 3rd paragraph: "General doesn‘t blunder. However, if the General rolls a 12 the unit/brigade cannot move even if it was its first order and therefore it was eligible for a half pace move." The WMR 2.01 PDF I have was downloaded in July 2023. If I'm out of date, please let me know!
Great looking minis! I've got a Black Gate Daemon army myself (and Ogres). Interesting Daemon list. I've tended to max out the chariots, but maybe I should pick up more infantry...
I'm sure this has been asked before, but how were those picture versions of the terrain done up? Is it as simple as taking an overhead photo and then blowing it up the right size, or something a little more complex?
I think that Warlord's Epic Punic wars miniatures are a great deal for games which use single bases as units. Either of the division boxes makes a good starting army for To the Strongest, for example.

So you are saying Paul (The Cheat) was trying to cheat for a change?
"If he ain't cheating, then he ain't trying".
@@warmasterpodcast2383 im a mechanic! 😅
I would love to have it in the journal - Im hoping to have another submission too!
Great! Is there a link for download? Or is it only on Scribd?
Mates fly was down after his bathroom break 😂
That’s the crotch cam
Great game. Your camera skills were excellent. The beautiful scenery and gorgeous figures are top notch!
Wow, that is some pretty high praise. Cheers!
Really enjoyed this. Both the models and the scenery are lovely!
Thanks for the bp! I just wish to play warmaster more often
What is BP? I know that I am a BP (Barry Pittman), but I don't think that is what you are talking about.
One little thing - if a general blunders, the unit can't move (even half-pace move for first order on the unit). Great game guys!

He's right you know! I did not know that either.

You are a man of impeccable taste sir.
Infantry are much improved in WMR, and I tend to take more of them where possible.

Exactly as you describe but then laminated
@@warmasterpodcast2383 Thank you sir, it's a really good idea that I will definitely be recreating for my terrain pieces.

It's pretty expensive though for a "starter set" @ £240
And is in a crazy 13.5mm scale.
In every battle report video on this channel I have seen, Barry always wins come on Chris 😅
Paul does win Vs me occasionally, he would win more if he built more focused lists but he is ever the fluff player.
Paul - (after bathroom) flying low and feeling mean? ;-)
Ha ha
Gorkamorka it's so much fun
