Thank you for sharing. How do you inflate the balloons without having nipples, every time I inflate the balloon I can't get rid of the nipples. Can it be the brand of balloons that I am using?
Hi, Carolyn! You’re welcome 😊. I usually prevent the nipples from showing by pulling the opening of the balloon over the pump’s nozzle, and holding it with slight pressure (closer to where the neck meets the body of the balloon). Another method you can try is once you’ve inflated it, grab it by the neck and push the balloon’s air toward where the nipple is. Tighten and move down the neck as needed. Hope that makes sense 🥴. It could be the balloon brand, but these tips should help you in any case.
This is a great video. How long will the balloons last with just air in them?
They can last several weeks depending on a few factors, but I’ve had some last at least a month in my garage. Given that they lost their shine, and did not look as great as they did in their first few days, but they did not pop.

I followed your instructions, with the exception of the sizer for the balloons. It looked so good but after one night some of them popped. Did I size them too big? ♡
Hi! It could be that you sized them too big. If needed, you can make your own sizer by using a cardboard box. I’ve used a shipping box from Walmart before. Cut a square out of one side of the box in the size you’d like. I’d recommend cutting out a square of 9 inches if using a standard 12” balloon. You would inflate and pass the balloon through the same way I did with my sizer 😊.
How do you avoid gaps in between the balloons to get the perfect column?
Hi, Kadian. You want to tie the balloons as close together as possible. When creating your pairs, (when you cross the necks and bring one under) pull on the necks of the balloons as much as you can before tying the knot. Also, after you have placed your quad on the base, place your hand on the center of the quad (part that wraps around the pole) and push them down. I do this for each one until I’m done.
