You can use 11” or 12”.
Thank you for sharing and showing how to create using a hand pump and telling us how many pumps. And also how many balloons total. Helpful when you don't have electric inflator access.

I’m sorry. I don’t size the balloons after I blow them up. I just pump the air in and add them to the balloon stand.

How tall is it before you add your topper
I've been doing a trail run and have big gaps, and you can see the stand. Any advice?
Are you pushing the balloons down? You don’t want to squish them. But be sure to push each quad down after you add them to the balloon column.
