Kitchens not big enough for an island,Cheep option with carpets,cheep option for all down lights,bathrooms small. Very poor window sizes,and placement in rooms. These HOA costs will go up when the community wants to upgrade any thing,the roads ,etc.What does the HOA pay for now?
