Rangers Football Club are now champions of Scotland! Yesterday they received the Scottish Premiership trophy. Hero James Tavernier lifted the title in an empty Ibrox.
The Rangers fans congregated at Ibrox before continuing the celebrations through Glasgow City Centre & George Square. This club has incredible support!!!

I don’t think Hollywood could have made a movie that sums up what’s happened to Rangers and all the characters that came and went. I for one could feel it when they lifted the trophy thinking about guys like Sandy Jardine and Fernando Ricksen who are no longer with us. And for family and friends no longer here since 54. I raised a glass to them last night. Brilliant day

@@NewWaves-NightMoves People break covid regulations everyday ( including police officers/paramedics etc ) seen a few storys in the news about them being fined. Regardless who won the league this season this kind of thing was always going to happen. If celtic had won 10 in a row it would have been the exact same but different colours. Celtic fans protested (breaking covid regulations) when Lennon was still the manager and celtic as a club slated them for it but it was ok to have thousands lining up outside the megastore to buy merchandise? Rangers as a club asked the government for permission to allow fans into celebrate the title win to prevent scenes like Saturday but were told no, They asked for a few seperate dates to allow a certain number of fans in each time. The government knew exactly what was going to happen on Saturday.
Thing I like most unlike to many "celebrations " here in the States is no one is trashing the place. Well done Gers!

Embarrassed to be a rangers fan today, seeing fans fighting the living crap out of other fans is nothing short of despicable . Completely affronted to be associated with the club right now. Shud have stayed home watched game watch trophy presentation and enjoyed the day. Parading the streets like thugs is not what rangers are about.

@@vinny726 Do you actually believe this rubbish? There was very similar scenes after the third treble. Hell, even less than half a year ago Celtic fans tried to attack their own staff and assaulted police officers in the process. There's always going to be neds and misfits within fanbases the size of Rangers and Celtic. As you can see from Sam's video, most of the people were just there to have a good time. Its the police officers that have to put up with minority of troublemakers that I feel sorry for.
