Dang, I made my own hard mode cheat engine script, but I've struggled on working out how to insert new boss fights or completely change map enemies. Last thing I changed was combat to more of a turn based actions based on speed stat, but I can't find a way to disable speed stat based blocking, may just set spd to 0 in battle and restore it when last enemy falls. I also gave full combat orders from the get go and made brain stat increase thrown item effects instead, which I then limited to one throw per turn. Works pretty well as early fights each digimon does ~1 attack per round, but late game ~3-4, so you need better heal items instead of spamming. If I'm lucky I can run my script over the top of this! Awesome work!
@@malaalzhan1405 I'm kinda curious about that script... What do you want to do, change the blocking so it uses a different stat or just disable it? That script should work with hardcore, since I have not changed how the stats/battles work or anything similar...
@@DigimonworldVice-yi9fd Honestly I'm unsure, either just leave blocking to default tech chance, or make it use the brain stat instead. Probably preferable to make it brain based, then it would be 3 off stats (mp, off, spd) and 3 def stats (hp, def, brn). I tried having brains reduce status effect durations but it didn't remove the stun animation, and flat would sometimes bug out if you accidentally shorten the intro and outro stretching XD.
Oof that's a great improvement to Infinity Burn! I always thought it was a super slow compare to Fire Tower but it hit all enemy at once then again because of it's slowness makes me don't want to use it that much. You can easily get interrupt sometimes. Great job!
Any tips how to start with hardcore Vice hack version? I picked gabumon and want to train into tyranomon then go to fight some mons not bossess untill i learn some good techniques.
Gabumon is an extremely hard started for that hack, I would recommend to try to recruit Monochromon ASAP to gain access to healing items and extra food. You can get money and techs from the first goburimon in the drill tunnel, just be careful with it. If you lack items, you can always try to get something from Amida Forest. Greymon is very resistant to battle techniques, so you'll need high stats to defeat it with Gabumon. Apply optional patches if you feel like it is still too difficult. There is also a low chance of getting deluxe mushrooms in the native forest toilet map.
@@DigimonworldVice-yi9fd hmm so what other starters are recommended? Thanks for the answer. 😊 Also is there any chart that show what digimon or types are weak/strong against? And how much more damage is dealt by any type of attack? I have one but i think its for maeson hack like palmon receive 17% more damage from fire, on greymon i see also 17% against battle techs.
If you want to continue with Gabumon, I would recommend to try to learn Megaton Punch and aim for Panjyamon. Agumon is a good starter, Fire Spit is pretty fast and effective against a lot of the early bosses. It will need around 120 on each stat to have a good chance against Greymon with the starting items. It also eats less. Maeson shows two tables, the one at the top is the original one, but here another one: gamefaqs.gamespot.com/a/user_image/0/3/4/AAM_Q_AADiU6.png Credit goes to the user mentioned in the image.
@@DigimonworldVice-yi9fd greymon wasnt too hard, but palmon, kunemon, drimogemon is definitly the next level tried to beat them with tyranomon with spit fire or this new ice leomon but im failing every time. Best joke was dealing 1dmg megaton punch vs palmon after he spams mass morph 😅 i think i need 300+ stats to be able to do something
@@rezu93 Try to learn Muscle charge before attempting Palmon. The others is just having either good stats, good techniques or enough healing items. Well, it is the "hardcore hack" for a reason, it is hard. Try to get a shop, it will help a lot. Monochromon is the easiest digimon that unlocks the shop in the hardcore hack, the next one would be "Betamon". The hardest boss of the early game is not Kunemon, it is another one. Check the spreadsheet if you need to, to make a strategy for the battles.
Unless stated otherwise, you can battle them only once; Andromon can be battled multiple times if you play the Vice hack version, but the drop from the battle will change. It would not make much sense to be able to keep fighting them since most of those drop chips.
