When I used to work in a hobby shop I was always recommending sway bars, aside from the people who are out to purely bash. Especially the Traxxas Slash, metal shock caps and sway bars. I let customers drive my Slash and it was always commented on how controllable it was. It just came down to sway bars and tuning dampeners with oil, and the appropriate spring rate.
