Haha, there are cabins on board that you can rent during the crossing. We always get a cabin, and we always do the night crossing. There's a bar and restaurant on board as well. It's a 6-8 hour crossing, depending on the weather. At times, if it's too rough to dock, you can spend up to and over 24 hours on board. If there's high winds, the ferry will not sail. We're getting a brand new ferry this year. It will be interesting to see how well the ferry will perform.
