The interesting point to note here is how civilians where aware of the surroundings and willing to help. Nowadays everyone are on their phone while crime happens next to them.
Salute to the brave souls of the children. As a father of a 2 year old, I can't imagine what they must have gone through. Thanks for bringing this story to us Zain bhai. Storyboarding, narration and visuals are excellent as always.
Humanity was still alive in those days when everyone was willing to help. Nowadays people won't interfere even if the crime is happening in front of them. They will either walk away or just record it
People know how the law works that's why.... If they try to help, ulta unke hi khilaaf a jayega kuch.....It is better public does not interfere nahi toh woh khud fas jayenge....Recording is an excellent way to provide as evidence.......People should first call police/ambulance and then start recording the entire event secretly
@OnionTurtle_ but there are many incidents that happened literally in front of whole like crowd of 10-20 people who can easily overpower the criminals but they didn't. And trust me none of those are doing it for evidence either, they are doing it for fun. There are cases like a woman was being r@ped on footpath and people were recording it and a 5 yr old boy was r@ped in front of two men and they recorded it to make it viral on social media
Your storytelling is unmatched! The way you narrate crime stories is captivating and keeps me on the edge of my seat. You're the best in the game-please keep up the amazing work!
I read about Geeta and Sanjay long back when bravery awards were named after them. No body can imagine pain the parents went through and the brutality these children faced 😢 The law enforcement was so messed then, and continues to be so. 😡
Dear Zain, although this case has already been well documented and narrated by many people, but the way you have narrated it and your research is absolutely commendable. I'm so delighted that it came on my feed. May you get all the attention, accolades and reach. Bravo!
With all due regards to you and your previous creations, I feel zain, you have found your nieche. Though it's difficult to make content what you are skilled and passionate about while sustaining the growth simultaneously, you have struck a chord with lot of people. Keep up the good work!
Zain, this show of yours will be a recall value for me when I turn 60 something (if I live that long) to express "Ki UA-cam video तो humare zamne ke hote the". Stay blessed! ❤
Dear Zain Anwar, I'm fond of crime and mysterious shows, who recall the past events, sad events but truth. I appreciate the your way of story telling, it helps to understand the incidents much more clear. Keep it up with more crime and mysterious stories who can help us dive in the past events and learn something for the better future. 👍
I was a child in 1990 and went to new Delhi railway station with my family and the warnings were still about Ranga & Billa case. This was one viral case.
"हमारा समाज अब तमाशबीन है" There are no other words that can describe the society we live in now. We've heard some of these stories but your compassion to people who were once alive sets you apart. Thank you for what you do Zain! I hope and pray that your approach to storytelling becomes the norm in this world of sensationalism.
Asifa of j&k and Hathras r*pe cases were way worse, but people stayed silent. In fact Asifas r*pists were supported by people with huge rallies, jus because she was a muslim and r*pe took place in a temple by hindus. World cried but justice wasn't served. Amazingly explained 🥺 we love your storytelling and the way you explain complex cases in such an easy to understand way! Thank you for doing what you’re doing!

I am crying as I am writing this. I have heard Ranga Billa names a lot of times and maybe about this case too. But with compassion in your voice, I can feel the pain of those brave kids too. God bless the souls of Geeta and Sanjay😇.
I remember the name of ranga and billa when I was i kid....around 1982 1983....I had no idea why adults used to talk about them but I understood they have done something wrong and after 20 yrs I read this story in some newspaper and now on youtube . Well told and brought back many memories.
Bahut hi marmik aur rehesy bhari sachhi kahani thi aur us per aapka maarmik narration , wakai ye kahani sun kar dukh hua aur aalhirkaar ranga aur billa ki kartoot bhi pata chali
Trust me ZIAN Bhai Iam Literally In Tears After Watching This Video. GEETA And SANJAY You Both Are Always In Our Hearts Till Our Last Breath 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏.

You deserves more and more and more subscribers bhai. You are doing a very good work. Fells so real man listening to your stort telling style feels like I'm there witnessing all that happen during that era.. God bless you and your work bhai.
One thing i have noticed during the entire video. People in those days were concerned about what's happening around them and if anything is found fishy they take steps to know about it. This is totally missing nowadays and everyone is just too busy to even notice things happening around us.
Had heard of this case ...but today realised the heinous crime that had been comitted .....and the narration is worthy of applause...such a spine chilling crime...yes and its true we are now not even a wee bit safe ....such criminals are atill walking about every second every minute creepy incidents...some reported others ...buried 😢
Hats off! Great storytelling sir, indeed it’s a shame that our society never speaks or act against ills. I hope we realise that it is us that makes a society/ country great. As Gandhiji said “Be the change you want to see in the world”. Jai hind!
I watched your video and found the topic interesting, but 38 minutes felt too long. I later found a similar story-based video that conveyed the same information in just 12 minutes. To make your content more engaging, I suggest keeping it concise and avoiding extra commentary. Hope this helps!
Yeah, his video is good but its way too long, I watched another video by an English based channel named Crime Pod and they also did a great job and conveyed the whole story in about 15 minutes.
Romte khade kar dene wala video 😢 but see the irony that today even though we have latest technology still some cases go, unsolved. The arushi hemraj case is an example of inefficiencies. The 2 children fought hard ....hats off to them❤❤
Zain bhai I am a huge fan of yours story telling, editing, story selection, voice, etc. just wanna point out my suggestion in this. This story is already covered by many podcasts and youtubers, so I want you to cover other same type of story which I have never heard of..just a point of mine..please don't mind
One thing i cant get Why the children were not safely reached to the venue by parents in a city like Delhi. Why they had to take lift by unknown people when their parents are available
I don’t know why these kids were not dropped by parents etc. but I can tell u one thing that Delhi was not such an unsafe place those days. Today’s Delhi is most unsafe but in 70s it was a different story.
My question is why the kids were left to ask for lift from strangers ? All India radio should have had them picked. Taxi / Auto / Bus / neighbour dropping / Mr chopra should have dropped them ? Ni pahuchte time pe to kya , bhaad me jaye program. But the kids were anxious to reach on time cause the parents may have told them its a big deal. Middle class parents push children too much. I have left many such occasions and always got reprimanded by middle class parents.
Actually that's the theory given by police. Mostly my belief is that children were abducted. Kidnapping for money? No way. Ranga Billa did not know Chopra family in advance. Abduction was done as they wanted to assault/rape the girl. Check India Today(1978 issue). The theory that they were arrested in military compartment of train also looks fishy. Why these criminals would argue with soldiers , that too in reserved compartment? Anyway, truth is that they committed the crime.
@ actually ranga billa were their second lift they already covered halfway thru a first lift given by another stranger (as the first lift driver had to turn in a different direction opposite to AIR) hence its plausible to believe that they did ask for lift. The children’s clothing may have given them the impression of a rich household. The kids were well dressed for the program at AIR. Correct me if i am wrong.
I am amazed at the writing, the flow in your narration and the overall vibe of this video.. Do you memorize the whole story/narration before recording?
