This is one of their more basic songs. Both lyrically and musically. I personally absolutely love the sound of it, but it's true that it doesn't have really anything interesting going on, which is a rarity for the 1975 non-singles.
Smooth real current sounding tune. I'd be surprised if it didn't get some radio play. I guess it could have used a good middle part or end solo for variety. If Dave wants tune with a crazy guitar solo, this one should be it. This one is kind of a supergroup with Dave's favorite drummer to spot, Mike Portnoy. I didn’t stop early because of Dave’s commentary, it was the fact the singer made me want to keep clearing my sinuses, like I had something dead up there. I’m a vocal snob, that just made me feel uncomfortable.
You should check out their song "Happiness". They did good live versions on BBC Radio 1s live lounge, and on Later with Jools Holland.

I do agree about the guitar solo, they do usually put in guitar solo’s or even sax solo’s and I am surprised they haven’t here.
