Is happines truly achievable? In my opinion, you can't really be happy long term, rather you can be content. Contentment is long lasting , even during struggle, so I find contentment to be the actual "happines" we all seek. Which is why contentment is also very hard to get. Cause we seek the instantaneous thrill of "happiness" which is very pleasing and as yesrenau said, we clutch to the moments that bring us happiness, but then it interferes with our daily lifes and could manifest in things like procrastinating or not taking risks.
Can’t seem to even read a book this days without being subliminally pushed to buy alcohol. Like that otherwise informative in funny way novel someone recommended in your previous vid comment section “The Rosie Project”. Completely out of character protagonist has “needs” for alcohol and consuming it is glorified on like every other page… How open minded are you about drinking this days, 4 years later, after leaving New York? Any new moderation tricks?

I think this is very accurate. I have been guilty of doing this before.
