There is a reason Chinese products get a bad reputation. With Hik however it’s different. They have a pretty high standard for quality assurance. I’ve come across cameras that have been working perfectly for over 10 years. The prices for the equipment are cheap and you get more bang for your buck than any other company. These cameras just work.
You obviously don't work in this trade, there are different quality manufactures in every trade, but in this trade Hikvision is one of the best, take it from someone who has been doing this for over 40 years, I've dealt with all the crap that comes out of China, but I now only sell Hikvision because it is not crap and I don't have to keep going back to site to deal with the problems. Do some reaserch and you will find this out!
I notice almost every single negative comment on this video basically says the same thing. The funny thing is all these users joined UA-cam on the 10th or 11th of September. Thats more than a coincidence. Someone, company, group or agency does not like to see Hikvision been so successful.

Hi, I was wondering if you have made a video on the hardwired ax pro? Interested if they have an outdoor keypad too? Was hoping to use it as pin access control for a domestic entry door setup
Never delete a Device! I had a ‘lid open’ fault on a PIR Break Glass Detector. This would not clear so I assumed a faulty device and being annoyed and frustrated at the time wasted, instead of un-enrolling the detector, I deleted it. This caused numerous problems including the system locking up and going off line. The outcome is that the device still exists in the bowels of the panel but does not show in HikPro and therefore cannot now be un-enrolled. The only way to restore life to the panel is to retain this detector although its only function is to suppress the panel error. The ‘Delete’ command should either be removed from the menu or blocked, pending device un-enrollment.
I have just installed a DS-PWA96-M-WE panel which, after some teething problems, works ok except it will neither recognise a SIM card nor send emails. Support from vendors is at the best limited. Any ideas? Thanks
Before putting credit on the SIM, I contacted Giffgaff and asked if there were any problems using their SIMS in alarm panels. I received this reply ‘You will be glad to hear you can use your giffgaff SIM in your alarm system without any issues Graham. Our SIM cards work on 2G as well as 4G and 5G, so all you need to do will be activating your SIM, topping it up and installing it in a device. Yes, it's that easy!’ When the card did not work, I searched the Giffgaff site and found the correct settings which had no effect on the communications. The alarm suppliers have told me that the system works only with Vodafone, O2 and Orange(sic). When I suggested that it would be useful to advise customers at the time of purchase, I was told ‘You didn’t ask’!
Why would someone buy from you what you can already find? moreover, judging by the characteristics of this system, it is worse than the existing analogues

I have installed the ax pro with a pir am and the video never get sent as an alarm, am i doing anything wrong ?

technically you could use the wireless relay and trigger a clean output to trigger a gate or opener 😊

what Sim is this ? assume this is not a UK vendor?, do you know the SIM APN, dial number , username and password?
