In an adult (76 y.o. female) with rotational with twisting severe degenerative scoliosis with chiropractic care, what is the best way to measure progress outside of an X-ray? MRI's have been unsuccessful to see the backside of my issue. However, my chiropractor appears to have the 'touch' to correct my posture. I am glad for this progress, but need to know how to measure it. Yes. There is pain. However, my pain threshold is high and I do not want to overdo the correction to the point of breaking my spine. I chose to have a DEX scan to measure bone density as my starting point. I do have a baseline to compare the upcoming scan with. Thank you for considering my question. Have an awesome day!
