    The Collignon Era will be alive forever...if not for a very long time. There are others that give Rico trouble...but only a small handful.

      Under a rock I guess. Game was much, much bigger in 70s. And basically been in decline since the invention of video games

    If you look closely at Gummies last possession the pin on the second man on the 5-bar appears broken.

    Im just curious on what you think is fake? Certainly not the video. First off, insidefoos is a credited video production company (and the best one in my opinion. just wish they had more of them on youtube) Second Ive been playing foosball since the early 90s and have watched these guys in person many times. There's nothing fake about it.

    What Collignon screamed @ 3:20? I don't understant what he said

      Here is your answer 7 years later... Collignon was motivating himself. He shouted "Good Frederic! Allez fight" ("Allez" is French equivalent of US "Come on"). Then is said "Come on" addressed to Todd.

    But I don't think he lost OD because of Todd. It is eventually inevitable that he'll be beaten on Tornado. The masters here always study him year by year thru DVDs and of course playing him. I played him twice, the first time he killed me 3 straight games. The second time the following year, the match went 3-1 and they all were close games. The improvement is knowing your opponent on his habits. But he'll eventually adjust, it's just up to us to adjust with him.

    I talked with some players who have played this tournament and who had warned Collignon concerning Gummeson and McMillin..And they think ( and I do too ), that Collignon lost the OS because he had still in his mind hs defeat in OD ( and for me and them he lost the OD because of Todd ). So I mean he lost the OS because of course Spredeman was just too great, but...if he had played his best, he would have beated Tony..And for me, he did not play his best because he had a strong deception. ok ???

    7:31 commentary is pretty funny

  • @blablabla691
    @blablabla691 16 років тому

    I don't think there's just to be agressive. Collignon played very well on this fifth game, Todd less. And to finish, have you ever seen Spredeman, Gummeson or Mcmillin winning on Bonzini, Jupiter, Tecball, Garlando, Roberto Sport ? I have not. I think those guys play the best on Tornado. Collignon plays the best on each table.

    what happened to beer and cigarettes?

  • @2Swift4u
    @2Swift4u 15 років тому

    First of all I didn't see the whole match. but in this fifth game Todd didn't clear the ball well, not at all. and that last goal was a consequence of that.
    secondly, alot of people here discuss about rico's dominance on different tables. and alot of americans (I guess) do not give him credit for that. But I can ensure you that it really is a huge achievement to be #1 on all the different tables. And if you knew the topplayers, you would also know that they all say that rico is inhuman!

  • @spooncvc
    @spooncvc 16 років тому

    cont...
    I'm sure Tony can play well on other tables against Freddie. IMO, Tony has far better ball control than he does plus he's far more aggressive than he is. I think Tony will be the new one to watch out if he keeps this up. But he's more into working on his career than playing foosball.

      10 years later, Frederic still is the best ever. Tony Spredeman nor anyone else doesn't come close.

      @@Lamsednav u sure about that?

  • @blablabla691
    @blablabla691 16 років тому +1

    No it's not. I think he looses here more because of Todd than because of him. really. And against Spredeman, it's just a matter of Tornado. I mean, he lost against him on a Tornado table...but I wonder if Spredeman could beat Rico on Jupiter, Garlando, Bonzini, Roberto table ? hum ?? Spredeman palys the whole year on Tornado, whereas Rico doesn't. I think Rico lost the OD because of Todd, and he lost the OS because of what had happened the day before (OD).Rico's era will never end. He's the best

  • @blablabla691
    @blablabla691 16 років тому

    And why do youy think Rico plays on all of the tables ? American players could do it no ?
    For me he's sthe best and that's xhy he can play on every table. Don't you think ?

  • @spooncvc
    @spooncvc 15 років тому

    Oh please, don't even bring the "fatigue" card in play. Can you accept the fact that Rico lost? So, why are you singling out Americans? I play on other tables besides tornado as well! In my opinion, Tornado is is just a better made table.

  • @OCIRELCNU
    @OCIRELCNU 16 років тому

    RICO would have lost anyways. rico was tired even before doubles started. Plus tony would have beaten anyone anyways. The reason rico wins on all of the tables is because he plays on all of them. Americans dont..
