Great info! Just pulled the trigger on the Karve Overlander, in Aluminum with 3.75 Christopher Bradley Handle substitution….. Now I can add to my addiction with CB head & plates if I get the itch for something different….

Fantastic list. I am a little intrigued by copper razors too, but have opted for titanium because I don't like the patina and the maintenance to keep polished. Have a great day! 👍
I do love the care free take of Ti. Copper just gets me though. Lol
You got some good ones there! I currently only own 3 razors and if I had to put them in order it'd be Aylsworth Drakkant+, Twig, and Henson AL13 Medium. In the new year I'm looking to pick up a Kopparkant and Overlander (undecided on metal).
I just picked up a Drakkant. Really enjoying the plus plate. I would love to pick up the Henson Aggressive. Have a good one!
I have 2 on your list…. The Rockwell 6S and the Karve Overlander. I have the Blackland Era, level 4 open comb that I really like. Want to get another Blackland.

Nice! I have yet to try a Rocnel, gorgeous razors! How do you rate the Kopparkant? On par with the Drakkant plus plate or milder?
@@RedBeardShaves I have not tried the Stainless version. Apparently they are very close if not the same geometry. The Brass is Super smooth! It is a mild efficent shaver. 24° blade angle, same as the Stainless. Little blade feel. Could be my everyday razor in 3 piece. I'm a adjustable guy. It reminds me of the smoothness of the Rocnel Sailor on level 2-3.

Great list. In terms of efficiency what plate on the rockwells would you say the overlander is? More of a 3 or more of a 4 plate?
IMO the Rockwell on plate 3 is around the same efficiency as the Overlander, but for overall shave quality I liked the Overlander so much better that I ended up selling the Rockwell 6S. The Overlander has a LOT better performance especially against the grain on sensitive areas like under the nose. The Rockwell would leave a stubble vs the Overlander that left a much closer, smoother shave for me. I have yet to find a DE razor that even comes close to the Overlander, and I’ve tried literally over 3 dozen DE razors including a few over 400.00 USD. Many call it the GOATlander for good reason.

I will try the goat lander next after that info you provided. I was worried it may be too inefficient but sounds like it’s fantastic. Do you have the aluminum or brass one?

A Wolfman is a dream razor for me. Someday, I may own one. Out of the list, you mentioned that Tatara Masamune is growing on me a bit. Thanks for watching!

Not owning one I would only be able to guess. My guess would be Carbon and maybe Timeless
hi, among carbon razor & overlander which one did u find smooth specially against upper lips (atg) ?

If I am daily shaving the Overlander is probably slightly smoother than the Carbon. I actually do prefer the Carbon over the Overlander. The Carbon Ti has been my daily shaver for quite sometime now. I have just grown to love the shaves I get from the Carbon.
