I did this workout yesterday. I am feeling slightly sore that’s good . Really pumped my heart ❤️. I didn’t have a broomstick so I used a weighted bar we had for stretching so I got a whole body resistance workout

Yes my obliques and even inner thighs are on fire. Thank you Linda. I really enjoyed this workout. I may incorporate it weekly. I have a balance bar that is adjustable. I have not used it for awhile. I loved how you used it for this workout. I didn't feel like I was working out. I was having fun. Thank you
Fantastic and unique, i loved it, thank you Linda! Need a bigger area though. Down in laundry in 8x11 area. Knocked my water bottle, hit the ceiling light and almost dented the duct work., ha ha ha, but I made it! I will be so sore, i can tell😊

This was really unique and because of that, quite fun! Hoping I'm not too sore tomorrow! What do you usually recommend to do activity wise on days that you are sore?
Thanks! I was sore for 3 days in the obliques. I tend to do anything that doesn't use the sorest muscle group so if my upper is sore I do lower or if my lower is sore I do upper. If I am sore all over I do pure cardio 😊
¡Ay, mamma mia! I felt exhausted at the end of this workout. However, I can proudly say I am finally stronger enough to add a kilo ankle weight in almost every leg, arm and abs routine, like I did in this one. YAY!

ha ha! Yes, you definitely need space to this workout! Maybe get a shorter stick. It can still be done with one half the size 😊

I have a weighted bar (18 lbs), do you recommed it or just a very light stick?
I think the weighted bar would inhibit the fast movement so you are better off with a light broomstick. :)
This was so good!!! I used a boll under my lower back on the mat work though.
Yes, using the ball is great to increase elevation :)
