I can't tell you how much you made my suffering easier!!! On May 20th I received the news that my father passed away unexpectedly. and late in the evening I happened upon your song and I played it all night and cried my heart out. Or the next morning I knew that I had to accompany him on the journey and not hate him for it!!!! I LOVE YOU FOR THAT!!!!
Unbelievable Video. Brings me down to tears. Now, at the end of their career, they start to crack one of their icons - Depeche Mode. Thanks for sharing. :-)
Now I know that when I heard this song for the very first time, my heart sunk and I cried. I had to use self control to not listen to any of the other songs until my copy of the cd I ordered arrived in my mail. Germans have very good self control, if they apply themselves.
I think this song is meant to be a goodbye but an indecisive one. They're not sure if theyre ever gonna come back as a band but if they don't, they're gonna damn well say a proper goodbye to their fans. Lets hope they do in fact come back one more time
@@XX-su3zp so, I’m assuming that Rammstein’s rein as best hardcore metal German band is saying, goodbye, goodnight and farewell? Oh the pain, the tears, but they are still #1 and they don’t look like some of the bands that have been around for years ( Till puts Danzig to shame, and vince from motley crue, oh hell no. )
There's something different about this song. It almost sounds... happy, compared to other Rammstein songs. I really hope it doesn't signal the end of albums and concerts from Rammstein. (Did they sing this at the very end of the concert?)
@@oasis4ever718 I took a semester of German when I was in high school but I don't remember much. Maybe that's for the better. I mean, it looks like it might be an incredible show, but I can't get past the vocals, or lack thereof.
If you don't get it, then no amount of explaining will make you get it. Try starting out listening to the track on the album, which is probably my 2nd favorite song on the album after "Zeit".
Meant to add -- You're listening to Till at the end of a what, 2 hour long concert, and his voice is thrashed. He's never been the greatest "sing on tune" kind of singer, either, but we love him anyway.
