I've always loved the Goldeneye soundtrack, but I never realized how metal it is until hearing your covers! It's like it was always intended to be this way!
+Johnny Steen Oh, it was meant to be STRAIGHT-UP heavy metal...but due to the lack of audio technology at the time...they did the best they could.

I really love the transition from Runway to Frigate.

Usually peoples first couple videos kinda suck, but this is amazing! Seriously, this is one my favorite videos you've done!
Cradle, one of the best videogame songs ever.
@ry2286 It always depends on what the song calls for. Video game music can be repetitive sometimes so I like to spice it up with a harmony every once and a while. I start with a third up harmony if it's a repeated section, but if it's a main harmony, I'll try the third down. That obviously doesn't always work with the song but it's a good starting place.

You know, going back to one of these old videos and looking at Jules, comparing him to the Jules of today... Jules has aged really dang well, huh.

What's funny is the playing was already at a good level for this video. The mixing, gear, and camera just needed an upgrade. He's tackled far more difficult songs since this for sure, but he's not just a new guitarist finding a reason to learn by posting on UA-cam. It's still all his guitars and bass playing with EZ drummer. And his second song is a Kirby medley...dang.

@CSGTAthegame EZDrummer isn't a DAW, you are limited to tracks based on your DAW (Garageband/Mixcraft/ect.). The bass is a Fender Precision.

Damn I had assumed that the song after Control was Caverns, not Depot and Train. xD I love listening to this on my mp3 player and in GoldenEye: Source...I actually first heard it on a custom map in GE:S and am greatful for it because now I listen to more of your songs. :D

@SykoSkillz Learning the songs isn't really a problem, it's mostly recording them clean that takes time.
Decided to come back and watch some of your old videos, and I can't tell if its just the camera or what, but ur lookin a little sweaty there :P even your sweat glands can't handle your awesomeness lol.
@vinneme It takes about an hour to learn the song. It takes about a day though to arrange the entire thing.
