Hi Sir, Since 2019, I have been facing the similar situation. I am 36 & non-lactational, but getting abscess every year in my right breast. In 2019, drainage was done, in 2020 & 2021 surgery was done, and in 2022 November needle aspiration (drainage) procedure was performed. Pus culture was done and TB has been ruled out and also Biopsy report is negative. I was on tab Levoflox 500 and Doxycycline 100 for 2 weeks and after that Tab Linezolid 600 for 10 days. But, exactly after one month, abscess has again formed at the same place in the right breast (near the areola region). Requesting for your advice, Doctor. I shall be obliged.

Hi just wondering if you can give me any advice please. I have a cyst under my nipple and my nipples gone inwards. I went to breast clinic had all tests and it is a cyst they put a needle into cyst to test it. Then I started with breast abscesses and they tried to drain with more needles. But I think all these needles they have out in me has caused Chanel’s and making me get abscesses over and over. Last time I was hospitalised it was so big they put me on a drip and still tried to drain with a needle it was too thick to come out. They sent me home I couldn’t move. Then it burst and it all came out from the needle holes it was brown and thick. I keep now getting these abscesses and they always burst through the needles holes. I never had abscesses before they injected my cyst just a cyst I won’t go back to this hospital they made me worse. If there’s any advice you can give me I’d be appreciated thankyou x
