All royals were once normal commoners in their ancestoral history when you go back to when a chief declared himself king. So this royal versus commoner stuff is strange. Why call a kings wife's son "prince" if he can never be in line for the throne ever because his mother was not regarded as "royal".

Normally the first son is the successor, so what's the deal here?
Apparently his Majesty must the first Son from the great wife (who must herself be from a royal household by blood). Misuzulu's mother is the 3rd wife and the great wife hence her sons elevated status. His older siblings by the other wives are not impressed hence the contention.
The 3rd wife, the late Queen Mantfombi, is of Swazi royalty, so MisuZulu is of royalty, and he’s Mantfombi’s first son. In Nguni culture he takes precedence over the first wife’s children, because the 1st wife was a commoner.

As I'm sure you know, in Zulu culture, it is known that history repeats it's self, there has always been drama when the new king takes over. It's just the way it is. I'm sure in the spirit world the ancestors were also probably going though the same process as well. Even in the British royal family they have always had instances that keep repeating themselves and drama when the throne is vacant.
