I love Sagar commentary. It is like football or basketball commentary, you dont hear from chess commentators so much passion and energy often.

I second that, for non regular chess players like me, Sagar commentary is the difference between making this sport accessible to me or not.

What a resistance from the youngster ! Bharath is an amazing player and we are still expecting a lot from him. I wish him all the best in his career, he's such a nice guy.

There’s Pragg, Gukesh, Vidit, & Erigaisi way ahead of him. Kid’s talented for sure, but the other Indian kids were much stronger at his age.

His coach should stimulate his brain for fast working...give him exercise with blitz lightning speed decision making correctly.. without blundering..if he does that, he can be the next world champion..

@@SAKTHIVASANSAIDS Maybe so. I remember when Wei Yi became the youngest player to reach 2700 (he was only 17). Everyone thought he was sure to challenge for the World Championship. But since then, he has barely moved in the ratings.

Sagar brother! please read this messege!
I literally only watch chessbaseindia for your chess commentary videos, you are an amazing commentator, your passion and love for the game shows and you bring the game to life and make it that bit more exciting to watch, i can watch the videos without commentary but lets be honest, they are no where near as good as when you commentate on them, i think you have a real talent for it and would genuinely put you on parr with the likes of david howell, robert hess and Danya, you would not be out of place commentating on those shows!
saying that to say this, if possible please upload more videos of you commentating the games, there is no where near enough, obviously if you havent the time its not the end of the world, but i would watch every video you upload in which you are commentating! THANKS for your work, fan from Manchester, UK

Magnus has created an aura around him...he played the unusual opening considering the low rated player..the idea was to make the opposite player confused as he won't be prepared and will take time..That worked and Bharat lost on time..as in the end due to time pressure, he blundered the pawn...Bharat had an advantage in the game but lost much time..Bharat needs to improve with respect to quick thinking and rapid decision making..that's some brain exercise..Magnus has some fast working brain..his advantage is not the quality of move but the speed of the move, even off-beat to baffle the opposite player...
