In using the best Camer for electric scooter, My goal was to get as many different perspectives or angles as I possibly could using the Insta360 ONE R. Mounting options are somewhat limited but if you are super creative and are willing to spend a couple of extra bucks you can shoot a pretty decent video on your GoTraX elite or any electric scooter. The beauty of the Insta 361 R is its ability to shoot in 360° which basically allows you to place the camera in any position and then reframe your scooter and your body into the center of the frame. In my opinion this makes this camera the best camera for electric scooters. Ironically both of the products shown and demonstrated in this video cost about the same amount of money. So for about 800 bucks you can really get some super creative shots while also having a form of personal transportation that is safe, reliable and eco friendly..... and you don’t have to get on public transportation during the coronavirus. As a videographer,I have found a Insta360 ONE R to be a very versatile tool as you can pretty much place it anywhere you like it can capture just about everything while removing the selfie stick from view. The Insta 360 one R Is really the best camera for electric scooter riding.

i attached the stick to a bullet time handle then used zip ties to secure it to the tiller with sponges underneath to prevent scratching and movement
Awesome vid, I should’ve bought that cam instead of my hero 8, what do you have wrapped around the stem what is that ?
JeepdogsRCbikelife 1 well it the bullet time handle that is affixed to the tiller and I am using some sponges to cushion the handle as well as dampen the bumps. GoPro hero 8 is pretty good too, it’s just not 360. Have you considered the GoPro Max?
They said the go Pro Max is not as good as the 8 it got bad reviews. Have you heard anything about the Gotrax G3 coming out do you know when they will be in stock ?
I have a heard that the G3 release is significantly delayed from its original projected time frame of mid to late August.
And the issue with the go Pro Max is that it is a 360 camera so resolution is always going to be less than stellar at least at this point in time as compared to the GoPro hero eight which has 4K looking in one direction. The go Pro Max has about 5.7 K looking 360° so overall resolution is going to be a little bit lower.
I used to wear slides when ridin my scooter, now I got half a pinky toe.

Hi Jay, may I know how you mounted the bar extender on your xr elite? I have xr elite but no enough space to be mounted the bar extender.
