[Lyrics]
I can't wait to memorize this day
Oh a picture could not contain
The way it feels
You say live in the present
I’m already dreaming of how it begins
And trying to savor the moment
But I know the feeling will come to an end
So I
Crave
To do it again
All again
Crave
To do it again
Just for a second it all felt simple
I’m already missing it
So I crave
To do it again
All again
I romanticize even the worst of times
When all it took to make me cry
Was being alive
Look up and see a reflection of someone who never gave way to the pain
What if I told em now that I’m older there isn’t a moment that I’d wanna change
Now I
Crave
To do it again
All again
Crave
To do it again
Just for a second it all felt simple
I’m already missing it
So I crave
To do it again
All again
Any second
Feel the present,
Future and the
Past connecting
Now I
Crave
To do it again
All again
Crave
To do it again
Just for a second it all felt simple
I’m already missing it
So I crave
To do it again
All again

"I romanticize even the worst of times when all it took to make me cry was being alive" WOW that felt like a punch to the gut. Felt that one a little too hard
Omg yes. I knew I couldn’t have been the only one.
Cried to this song all night long last night
Crying
Yass
A perfect line of “how” nostalgia is ir
Idk why but this album feels like the calm after a storm or a cloudy day when you're finally cozy / comfortable with yourself. It's familiar and mellow and special
Spot on.
Exactly.
that's so beautiful, I agree. We grew up with Paramore.
You described exactly what this album does for me. So easy to listen to!
listening to this while 😊the storm outside is going away
“when you're experiencing a beautiful moment, you're so afraid for it to end that you don't experience it” oh this song just hits
Where does that quote come from
@@RobbyReluctance it’s hayley talking about crave
No wonder this song hits a special spot in my heart. I get teary-eyed every time.
Crave is by far one of the best tracks on this new album. I feel that the tracks complement each other very well, they were chosen with great care.
The melodies of this song are crazy good
The best track I've heard so far (along with Out of Time imo). It's beautiful ❤️❤️
Liar is my fave but this is so close wow
Yes this is my fav, figure 8 or first is a close second!!
❤
Paramore never disappoints!
Nah nah nah nah nah nah, they do sometimes.
Neveeer🤘🏽🎶
until now?
@@redrain860 They dont i think you mean the last album its a bop stop lying
This one hit a spot so hard in my heart, I don’t even know how to describe it. I’ve been crying nonstop for almost one hour while listening to it on repeat! I guess I didn’t believe I could actually feel this happy and nostalgic ever again in my life. It’s been SUCH a long time… Thank you, Paramore.
When was this out?
@@geoff23sandy87 In Brazil, around 2 hours ago. I listened to it on the green music app (I can’t write the name here on UA-cam).
ME. TOO.
Last time it hit this hard was when they released Pool . 😬
Hope everything will be alright for you in the near futur
“When you’re experiencing a beautiful moment, you’re so afraid for it to end that you don’t experience it.”
This band has been my favorite since I was 8 years old. It all started when my dad picked me up from school one day; Brick By Boring Brick was playing on the radio, I asked him who it was and the rest is history.. I will finally get to see them for the first time ever this summer. Dream come true. They've helped me through the toughest times and supported me through the better ones. My childhood best friend and I sang Renegade for our fifth grade talent show. We fell in love with this band together. Her and I aren't friends anymore but I will miss her through these songs and remember the good times. What a beautiful experience that music gives us. Thank you forever Paramore.
so happy for you!!! Paramore is my adolescence love. I had a dream to visit their concert but have no chance to do this. So i incredibly glad that u will make your dream come true. 🥺
we have a very simillar thing with paramore
Dang you were 8 during BNE Era? I'm old af...
I was 9, watching MTV... oh time
@Débora Siqueira Same! I was like...10 or so and heard That's What You Get on Radio Disney. Saw the name "Paramore" and thought "that's a really good band name" lol it was the first song I truly enjoyed on my own. Not bc my parents or older brother made me like it. But i didn't follow thru bc my parents wouldn't let us listen to that kinda music. Most we got was Avril Lavigne on MTV. Then around 13 (2009) I was staying up all night per usual watching music videos on MTV at 3am and Ignorance came on. At this point my parents were divorced and we stayed with my mom. So there was more musical freedom. Lol so I immediately went to UA-cam and looked up everything I could about them. It felt like fate that I'd find this band again after so long. That Christmas I made my mom get me all 3 of their albums on CD. And since then I've heard every one of their songs (b sides, demos, unreleased, covers) and can probably recite 85% of their discography lyrics on command. Lmao there's my life story
For me, this song reminds us to cherish the moments of life when we're still young. Do what makes us happy, embrace all the lessons of pain because when we're old we'll crave for them.
I saw Paramore in concert in 2006 when I was in middle school. Now I'm listening as a 31 year old mom of two and this song feels like it encapsulates my lifelong love of Paramore 🥹
Same saw them when i was in middle school in 2015 😭this song actually made me cry
How beautiful
Glad their are more of us 🫶
They way they ordered the tracks is masterful. The first four are all pretty high energy, getting you buzzing with the funk of This is Why and Running out of Time, a more classic Paramore rock sound with The News, and the high energy C'est Comme Ca. Then you get Big Man, Little Dignity to kind of level off with some defined Fleetwood Mac vibes. Two good rock songs in You First and Figure 8 for more emotional highs, then another really slow song in Liar to mellow you back out (anyone hear Madonna in this one?). All to set up the real heavy hitter that is Crave. Crave is more uptempo than Liar, but it hits way harder for me. It's crushing, lyrically. Then you have no time to recover as they hit you again with Thick Skull. We can debate all day about which is their best album, but this is without a doubt their most refined.
Why did this literally make me cry. I love it. And your vocals never fail to give me chills.
Brought me to tears as well
its crazy how we all grew up with paramore and we are all still here, lingering 💜
Idk why but this feels exactly like the feeling that their described through the lyrics, its a beautiful art piece.
I know why! Because they are incredible songwriters :’)
Yeah it definitely sounds nostalgic
For me this is one of the best songs on the album. During the pre listening I felt connected to this song
Honestly they helped me through out the years that i have been listening to them and i love them so much.. I’m already in love with their new album 🤍
This song hit me. My Dad passed away in 2020 and I just think back to when I was depressed in hs (circa 2017) and looking back it feels like I was sad for nothing and now that I actually have this deep sorrow and void in my life I crave those “bad times” because those were nothing compared to how I feel now
I’m so sorry about your loss :(
I, too, have looked back and wondered why I was so sad about things I can’t recall why, but I’m sure there was a reason for the sadness. Sending love 💕
I’m Sorry lost. Dad. I lost passed friend last year 2020 Died of Covid
Same. Sorry for your loss. Lost my dad a year ago and I wish I could go back to the times where I felt miserable but nothing is more miserable then missing a parent. I wish I could go back and cherish the moments and do it again.
PARAMORE GOT THE BEST ALBUM OF THE YEAR❕
I romanticize even the worst of times when all it took to make me cry WAS BEING ALIVE!!!
These lyrics feels so relatable.
The lyrics to this song are so niche yet they express something I experience often yet never heard expressed in song lyrics before. That's awesome
I read that when you’re suffering from depression, it’s always having the perspective of saying goodbye to a moment and it leaves a sad imprint in your brain. This song encapsulates the exact though that’s running in my head for moments I was traumatized from or from the moments I truly felt alive. The hormones, the adrenaline. The exact rush of blood. Thank you Paramore.
There’s always one song on each of their albums that perfectly snapshots my life/feelings at that particular moment . This is it . Thank you Paramore for your artistry and for being a band we could grow alongside with. ❤
Taylor's guitar tone at the start and on the choruses sounds so new and out there, i hope he keeps exploring in that direction

Crave is the standout for me, like Pool was in After Laughter.
Rightt
This one gave me some Cramberries vibes at certain moments. That's a good thing.
Oh my god this song makes me wanna cry and I got goosebumps!! The second verse tho😭
I got goosebumps too as soon as I heard the chorus

This song is so beautiful 😭😩 Hayley s voice is out of this world thank you paramore for more amazing songs 💖
I remember when I first heard crush crush back in 2008, didn't think I'd still be listening to Paramore. I remember how much I loved them during my elementary years, now as a near 30 year old I'm glad I'm able to listen to this album. So much happened but their songs were always there to make me feel understood.
I feel the same, crushcrushcruhs was the First song I heard from them, each album has accompanied me at every stage of my life, 15 years later they are still my only favorite band.
Same here! Crushcrushcrush vid was the very first MV I've watched (2006). Never stopped listening to Paramore since then.
What an amazing song. "I romanticize even the worst of times when all it took to make me cry was being alive"
interesting how she's able to put into words that feeling when a moment means so much to you to the point you wanna save it, and the dilemma of living in the moment yet being aware that everything will end anyways.
Addicted after the first listen, and after re-listening to this album a few times this track is still my favorite. I think I’ve seen a lot of people say it’s their favorite too and it makes me so happy. I hope paramore plays this whole album live, I believe all the songs on this album are deserving of that spotlight on the TIW tour. Of course I’ll just be happy to hear whatever they want to perform!
Crave is just one of those perfect songs.
I’m lying cause all of paramore songs are so perfect and transcendent to me, and yes I’m biased.
You Don’t stumble across certain songs for nothing……I am just hearing this and with everything that I am going through in my love life…..this song resonates the exact moment. Thank you 🙏🏽
I'm 60 and I'd say to anyone of my age who says there's no good new music these days, have a listen to this and the rest of the LP.
This song is amazing!! Hayley's voice is incredible, what a good song.
This album is great it feels like flying seeing all the clouds
this song is the best of the album! it's amazing i love this song, thanks Paramore for coming back🙏🏽🖤🖤🖤
This hits hard 😭 Thank you Paramore for your passion in music. Here since day one and i guess 'til my lifetime ❤️
The best of the best.
The fluid flow of this album is on point. Honestly in my opinion this is one of the best Paramore albums, though they are all the best. 😐
This album felt like a relief after a hardship in ourselves/life. Thank you Paramore
This band has zeroed in on melodic stuff! Suspended 9ths and 7th cords sound really good!
I admit, I’m a guitar play. Jazz mostly. But once and a great while I see some real talent. Vocals and the range are spectacular. The guitar work and percussion is very good as well. Hats off to Paramore. Keep up the strange, wild and wonderful music guys!
this album will age like fine wine. definitely 1 of their best ❤
estoy gritando, muchas gracias por nunca decepcionarme y siempre darnos joyitas
The whole album is fire! It’s a really chill vibe album. Crave, Liar, big man little dignity, the news, this is why are all amazing songs. This is why it’s a great album 😊
Love you, Paramore 😍🇧🇷
Yo! This new jam is sick! I can't wait to see what the future holds and how this music will age like a fine wine. A decade from now, I know I'll look back on this moment with a huge smile. Keep killin' it, guys!

jesus christ this song hit too hard
Upon first listen this might be my favourite on this album so far! It really hit me in the feels ❤
This song reminds me of the feeling when I was a kid, I got home from school in the late afternoon and turned on my Nintendo 64 to play Ocarina of time. Magic moments and I really "Crave to do it again"
Oh, man! This hits so personal. I close my eyes and all I can see is a younger version of myself and I say to myself "You don’t know how all these things are going to let you in a beautiful and peaceful place" 🫂♥️
One of the top songs off their new album!
Easily!
Simplesmente fiquei viciado nessa música, a minha favorita do álbum 👌🏽🖤🎶

Possibly my favorite track on the album. Love the vibes this song gives off.
already my favorite from the album.
this song helped save my life
i just got out of the hospital last friday and i remember before going in, the line
"Look up and see a reflection
Of someone who never gave way to the pain
What if I told 'em that now that I'm older
There isn't a moment that I'd wanna change"
made me cry every time, because i really wanted to die and i never thought i would ever want to look back on this time again.
today, i'm sitting at a coffeeshop across the street from the hopsital i thought i would never get out of alive.
i'm alive
i'm grateful i exist - there isn't a moment that i'd wanna change
I think Crave is my favorite in this album. The lyrics and the sounds gets me. Aside from liking both the news and this is why. ❤❤❤
This is my second favorite from the album. Ah the guiatr sounds so good, Taylor you did great
I'm imagining listening to this on a stormy day, just lying on the floor or my couch, just chilling.
This song is a whole ass mood and I love it

I liked this song from first listen but after a few listens the bridge really did it for me.
I can feel it, my new obsession.
