Making chicken and vegetable skewers - quick healthy starter or meal

Hi all
Happy Voting day! Here is a quick and healthy meal for your voting day holiday!
Ingredients
250g chicken breasts (to make 4 skewers)
1 tsp chicken spice
mushrooms
red and yellow peppers
onion
1/2 tsp garlic salt
sprinkle paprika
sprinkle mixed herbs
grind of black pepper
1 tbs oil
grind of salt
Sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp sweet chillie sauce
Serve with a side salad or wraps for a healthy meal!
