Go with me on a journey inside the, (We love animals rescue Inc.). A worker inside the rescue shelter videos the dogs as they are being adopted and get’s their first reaction on the spot as he tells them they have been picked to be adopted and they will now have their forever home. @@inspire677 Oh my, my hubbie and I are adopting a sweet rat terrier mix from our local human shelter. She is two years old and has been at the shelter for 16 months. Her adoption time was running out. I don't know why she has been passed over she is so sweet, we can pick her up after she is spayed. We can't wait.
That is so good to hear. I am so excited and happy for you. When I adopted mine he was being looked over also. He wound up being the best dog and companion I have ever owned.
When I see their reaction I feel so sorry. Thank you all for adopting them. God bless you all

Research has shown that dogs and cats raised by humans have the understanding of a 3 year old child. They understand language.
Thank you so much for watching and thank you for your comment. I do remember reading that. I wasn't sure about cat's but, It is obvious they are smart also. I have a cat that I taught to shake and give high five and sit. She is vary smart.
Say the words "Dog Park" and watch your pupper's reaction.
Absolutely, we had a Fiest that knew ' let's go outside', 'take a bath' (didn't like to hear that one would head for the bed to hide... lol) and our favorite phrase 'go get your plate' (we would be eating and he would come along begging, we kept a paper plate by his food and water bowl, when he begged we would tell him to go get his plate, he would bring it in his mouth, we put the piece of food on it then he would set the plate on the floor and eat the food. It was so cute).
@@nancyjohnson8196 I know what your saying. My dog (Butch) would go and hide under the bed when I told him, let's go and get a bath. He new what , let's go by by. It's time to go night night. He was very smart. I would talk to him just like a child and he understood.
The hard work that you put in is so important in transitioning the dogs from their previous sad situation to a new one with promise. You are a star.

The dogs watching their owners walking away... with their ears up... their body language clearly shows the confusion they're feeling... that broke my heart 💔 😭

I hope all the people who reserve them come to pick them up. I’ve seen dogs get very depressed when people don’t come to claim them.

Lost my 13 year old rescue while he was being boarded while I had knee replacement surgery & rehab. I had to leave him all of a sudden when I was suddenly admitted to a hospital for chinese flu & pneumonia. A neighbor was able to feed him but said he looked lost w/out me. Even though he had some underlying conditions, I’m sure he thought I’d finally abandoned him though I called the Vet to talk to him. We’d lost his buddy a year & ago half ago, & another several years ago.
Thank you so much for watching and thank you for your comment. I'm sorry to hear that. That is a lot to go through. In 2018 I had to put my 16 year old Rat Terrier down and I still miss him a lot. He went blind and had dementia, he quit eating. I will be praying for you.
I'm amazed at people who continue to work for animals. I used to spend quite a bit of time on animal stuff on FB back in the day, just posting and re-blogging and trying to do my little thing. Just doing that little thing was not good for my mental health in the long run, and I had to stop. I'm the kind of person who feels shitty for a whole day if I see a dog limping 😅. The way the human race treat animals on a daily basis, breaks my heart. I truly admire people who can. You are amazing!

That is why I thought it would be encouraging and a good thing to show from the inside of a shelter from a dogs view and to see how happy they are to get their forever family and home. That encouraged me to find out, there still is good animal shelters out there. This one here happens to be one of them.
These videos are truly inspirational and reassuring that something is being done to place animals in new homes. I really don’t understand why an adoptable animal would be euthanized. Foster care placement takes work and resources, but it’s surely a better option than putting down animals due to problems created by humans. Thank you for the compassion you have for these beautiful companions.

People that surrender their dogs without a very good reason ……. Should never be allowed to have
an animal again

I which there was a way to enforce it to where they couldn't get another animal. People that doesn't take care of their animals shouldn't have an animal.

Shelter folk need to realise that a recognisable "ceremony" for adoption saddens the dogs who understand what is happening and must feel "rejection dejection".

never give up on your dog, unless you have serious health issues and you need to find them a home before you go to the other side, id understand that, even then i'd leave my dog with a family member or really trustwothy friend my dog is familiar with, our pets are part of our family, they should be treated so.

watching the owner leave, what a betrayal! Oh my god how can anyone be so heartless? How can you leave and not care how the dog feels? Science researches whether animals have feelings, I think we have confirmation that this is a human problem. Ridiculous excuses for bad finances, long working hours, etc. No, you're just bored, would you do that to your kids? This creature thinks of you as family. Very strange that the highest number of abandonments happens during the holiday season. I'm also done with all these people using sugar-coating language for abandonment and the ridiculous excuses people use. Animals have feelings and you have no right to hurt them!

Sometimes I would have to scold my little Rat Terrier, I never spanked I would just talk a little firm to him like you would a child. He would look down and walk to the bedroom, well then I would feel bad the way he looked so I would go and talk to him and he would get to feeling better so yeah I believe with all my heart, they have feelings just like we do.
Why KILL shelters are called shelters when in reality they're just extermination camps?

I wish there was a good way to catch the ones that are abusing animals and shut them down. I can hardly stand it, just knowing they are killing innocent dogs and cats.
@@inspire677 We have similar thoughts. Even I can't stand to deal with animals abusers directly (I'm afraid of consequences including possible jail time) I support people who can as much as I can. Moments like those captured in the video are the best reward we can obtain. 🙂
