There's a minimum period of time for staking DOT on Polkodot, right? Why not trying a liquidity solution like what StaFi doss?
Does ledger offer liquid staking for DOT? Like wat StaFi doss. It unlocks the staked DOT by giving out free rDOT which is tradable on DEX’s.
How do we decide which validator to nominate? How many validators to use?

Thanks for the detailed video, so after unbonding does my dot automatically come back to my available balance or do I have to withdraw and it will then immediately appear? Appreciate the insight

Hi everyone! Which validator should I choose to stake my DOT if I have under 200 DOT?
How long before you start getting rewards for DOT? Been about a week for me and nothing yet, above the minimum and have plenty of elected validators but not showing up as active or earning rewards.

After I've already bonded and nominated some dot, if I want to bond subsequent dot do I have to nominate the validators again or do they automatically get bonded to my existing validators?

Is it OK if I stake half of my DOT on Polkadot and the other half on StaFi? Because StaFi unlocks the staked assets.

What do you mean by adding apps on to the ledger ?
Are there actually individual apps for coins or is the app the wallet address?
Apps are for different blockchain, so Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana etc
When i stake on the ledger, why does it change my nomination from active to inactive? Does that mean i don't have enough DOT?
I nominated my 100 dot a month ago and still inactive so not sure what's wrong

With the latest updates (Parity Polkadot v0.8.30) the minimum was just reset! so now you can stake even 1 DOT!

@@LuisRodriguez-bw7vd I'm not sure what the criteria is for validators to pick you, but I do believe you have to be within the first 128 nominators to collect rewards.
I have staked Dot on Ledger for over a month now. I feel stupid because I cannot see the value of my DOT, and I cannot see the value of my reward payout daily. Why is this so vague? Is this normal?
@@colgamez yes, I waited the 28 days to unbond, then had to buy a new ledger X because the nano could not complete the transaction, once I got the coins back, I sent them to Kraken and happily I make 12%
You can only bond a minimum of 120 DOT.
I know, it’s very annoying. I stake using Kraken
