2/14/2022 - Afternoon bus idles end at 322. Almost 18 minutes high idle 60 degrees

This is the ending timestamp for the afternoon long idle. 60 degrees, sunny, and the bus was plugged in. Did I miss the Artic Blast? I swear, the ground is totally ready to turn this year...IN February, its not cold!
Hey, its your tax money too, and I get to smell them burn it. The kids could be getting DECENT lunches in that school if they didn't just burn all the money up like this.
