Pag REITs medyo iba Ang atake, I was wrong when I viewed it the same. You value REITs plainly from cash flows lang talaga. Mostly u need to DCF either funds from operation, or if conservative ka, dividends
nakakalula lang minsan pag nag aaral ng investing yung mga terminology buti nalang may google at kuya jon heheheh

Sa totoo lng wlang ok na stocks sa pinas sa ngyn, kung ok man ang stocks sobra na mahal. Mga nakikita natin sa panahon ngyn may mga mura nga at wla utang.. pero hndi multi-bagger at hndi niche market. Pinipilit ko lng sarili ko na isipin na "ito lng ang pinaka ok na nakita ko, so ok na yun" Kung ipa invest natin si Warren Buffet tingin ko wla syang bibilhin sa ngyn. Pwede pa nung mga 10-15 years ago, medyo ok. May nag sabi sakin bakit mahirap umunlad ang pinas dahil pala sa geographical nature ng pinas na ito ay archipelago, mas magastos lhat sa mga logistics/structures and prone to calamity. Pero ty sa mga video keep it up kuya. Madami ako natutunan. nag profit actually ako ng millions sa stocks natin nung pandemic. Pero hndi pa ako kuntento haha gusto ko multi-bagger profits
