She is a talented singer and writer for sure, but I can't really tell how much of the music I'm hearing is live and how much of it is canned Garageband tracks that they are playing along to. It is pretty obvious at 22:40 when the drummer turns around to turn on the PC track for the last song, and you hear massive canned bass drums, and the live drummer is doing nothing. Is this the future of music?... canned tracks with live performers adding a little instrumentation on the top. Not cool, if it is. If performers are doing a "live" set, why can't they just do it with the musicians on stage. The curse of Milli Vanilli lives on, to the detriment of performers and audiences.
Great voice! Solid Trio. Keep climbing! I heard 25 about a week ago and then saw AT’s post about this.
Saw Alix open for the Gracie Abrams tour at the El Rey! So good
